Oasis

o·a·sis (-ss) n. pl. o·a·ses (-sz) 1. A fertile or green spot in a desert or wasteland, made so by the presence of water. 2. A situation or place preserved from surrounding unpleasantness; a refuge: an oasis of serenity amid chaos. Oasis is a place and opportunity to be refreshed and grow in your walk with the Lord, and also refresh others on their journey. Each person grows and shares with others what the Lord has done in their own life. As the Spirit of God directs we come together as the Scripture teaches to interact in an informal way with peace and unity to edify and encourage and assist others and to make our relationship with the Lord more meaningful.   The Church of Jesus Christ is where  two or more meet in His Name! Oasis is a place of refreshing for all in their personal journey with the Lord.  Not every person chooses to attend a ‘formal’ church or building.  We invite those who want to learn more about living a “Life with God.” Exodus 15:27 Then they came to Elim, where there were twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there by the waters. The wells of water and palm trees speak of refreshment. They paint a picture of an oasis in the desert. The Israelites rested and were refreshed there. There are no insignificant details in the Bible. The 12 wells of water and 70 palm trees represent anointed ministries that refresh you with God’s Word. So if you want to know Jesus as the Lord who heals you, sit under anointed preaching of God’s Word because when His Word goes forth, it will heal you. His Word is medicine to all your flesh! (Proverbs 4:22)
